Continuum Capital
Continuum Capital was established by the managing partners Michael Jung and Sönke Schwartz in Frankfurt/Main in 2009. The object of Continuum Capital is the acquisition and the management of ground lease cash flows. Continuum Capital principally invests on its own account. However, we are also prepared to advise institutional investors on investments in and the financing of ground rents or similar cash flows.
